We had the most amazing experience working with Abby while adding a new puppy to our family. She was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions as we navigated being first-time puppy parents. She was also more than willing to FaceTime and talk with us, which was extremely helpful. Our puppy, Bruno (whom we’ve since renamed Dash), is perfect. It was clear how loved and well cared for he was during his time with Abby at Dragonfly Doxies. Even after we brought him home, Abby has remained available for support and advice. We had the best experience working with Abby from Dragonfly Doxies! We happened to meet another family that had adopted from a previous litter and learned about them. After submitting our application, Abby reached out and we were able to set up a FaceTime with the adorable little guy that we were hoping to adopt! It was clear right away, that these puppies are well cared for and loved up until the point they go home. We were able to get updates and pictures each week. When we picked Gary up, he was just perfect and the transition home has gone very well. Abby did a great job exposing him to different sounds and activities.
